The candidate will be working at identifying innovative commercial solutions to keep the engine event at a competitive cost while maximizing company profitability. The person will be the commercial specialist for Pratt & Whitney Canada at St-Hubert (Plant 5) and his principal responsibilities will be to reduce the cost of the engine event to increase the margin. The person hired is able to connect the different value chain elements in order to define new tools and implement robust process.

· Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years experience
· Master degree with 4 to 7 years experience
· Bilingual
