Our client, SuccessFinder is currently looking to grow their Business Development team with

Inside Sales Reprentative/Managers

In this role, you will report to the President & COO and be responsible for building strategic prospect lists, calling out to prospective customers to arrange to establish needs, organize presentations and close new business. This position requires a need-based solution selling approach. A typical day will be 50% prospecting (web and phone – leads will also be provided to you) and cold calling, 25% online demo, and 25% following up and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads, on top of the leads that will be provided. From there, nurture the leads, qualify the opportunities and run the sale process through to demo, proposals and close;
  • Will work closely with the Business Development Team on large assignments;
  • Gather market intelligence and share information in a timely manner;
  • Use of CRM for every contract initiated and all follow-up activities, calls, meetings, discussions.

Experience

  • Post secondary (ideally a Bachelor's degree) or professional experience equivalent;
  • 2 + years of B2B closing experience ideally with HR technology and/or SaaS-based product;
  • Experiencing demoing a SaaS-based product, using screen-sharing technology.

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills;
  • Demonstrated sales performance in a complex sales environment;
  • Contagious positive attitude and eagerness to get into a technology sales role;
  • Very comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary high-performing teams;
  • Proactive and highly disciplined;
  • Unquestionable business ethics and personal integrity;
  • Quick learner/openness;
  • Organized and resourceful.
