Erikson Consumer-Home  (www.eriksonconsumer.com) distributes of a wide-range of consumer electronics products including internationally renowned brands such as: Human Touch, Marshall Fridge Harman/Kardon, JBL, Infinity, Arcam, Cerwin Vega, Mark Levinson, Lexicon, Revel, Audiolab, Audeze, JBL Synthesis Dynamat just to name a few!

We are seeking an Independent Sales Representatives for Quebec.  Reporting to the National Sales Manager, or Divisional V.P.  as appropriate, the Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and managing brands within the territory and/or specific accounts by contacting prospective new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The Sales Representative will be working with our line of furniture products.

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Servicing existing accounts, performing staff training seminars, merchandising goods and coordinating store promotions when needed;
  • Cold calling prospects;
  • Following up with new/existing customers, leads, and opportunities;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and ensuring customers are informed of current and new products;
  • Providing excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationships;
  • Communicate effectively and provide field reports as requested;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of home and furniture Independent Sales Representative experience,
  • Knowledge of territory and commercial retailers.
  • Able to work with all customer levels including retailers, end-users, consultants, etc.
  • Experience with, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Able to work closely with management to ensure achievement of sales objectives.

Compensation:

  • Independent Sales Representatives are paid commission on net sales to specific customers within the territory.
  • Independent Sales Representatives are independent contractors and not employees of Jam Industries or any of our Erikson Consumer divisions.
