Vetoquinol is a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of animal health products. We are looking for a Coordinator, Marketing and Sales for our companion animal division. This position is based at our head office located in Lavaltrie, Quebec.

At Vetoquinol, our mission is to listen, understand and respond to the needs of our customers. As a Coordinator, Marketing and Sales, your mission will be to coordinate sales and marketing activities to support departments and their respective teams.


 Operational support of the business unit

  • Provides operational support to product managers, regional sales managers and the technical service manager for clerical tasks directly associated with their functions. For example: printing of promotional sheets and distribution, creation of purchase requests and follow-up with approvers and suppliers, coordinate printing of marketing tools and other related tasks.

Organization of congresses

  • Coordinates the various congresses and exhibitions in which the company participates by ensuring compliance with and monitoring the budget.

 Special events

  • Coordinates internal and external special events (semi-annual national meeting, external department meeting, training, travel reservations, customer events, etc.) ensuring compliance with the purchasing process.

 Administrative support

  • Provides administrative support: processing correspondence, taking notes during business unit meetings and providing support to the business unit director.

 Advertising placement

  • Coordinate advertising placements via the Media Plan tool, in relation to magazines, web, graphic designer, product manager and others.
  • Validates and identifies our advertisements.

 Digital Support

  • Provides support to the web manager in the execution of digital strategies (content and community management: Facebook, Instagram)
  • Provides support in the management of newsletter mailings.


  • College or University degree in marketing or administration or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant expérience
  • Excellent writing and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual French and English(written and spoken)
  • Experience in coordinating events
  • Knowledge of social media and experience with content management
