Patera Group is looking for individuals to support sales activities of coffee, coffee products, equipment and service. Patera strives to provide its customers with the ultimate coffee experience through quality products and high efficient equipment.
Maintain a high level of service to existing customers, manage the customer and solicit referrals where possible
Generate new sales through personal contact with walk in or telephone customers, repeat customers and sales leads
Keep accurate reports with respect to sales and prospects
Participate in corporate marketing activities such as trade shows etc
Maintain high level of product and service knowledge
Achieve agreed sales revenue and targets
Perform other duties as required.
Sales representatives will have an extensive training period where they will learn about our products, the industry and our customers. They will also be trained in the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation and account management.
Upon successful completion of training, they will be provided a territory with an existing customer base to manage and to grow with new customers.
