Niagara's Ice Company Inc., specializing in manufacturing and sales of premium packaged ice, has an open permanent full-time position of a Trade Expansion manager to fill in. This professional will focus on expanding the business through the sales to wholesale clientele. Reporting to the President, the Trade Expansion manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for the sale of the corporate products to the Corporate Account market clients;
  • Prospecting for new business and executing on all sales targets;
  • Preparing the annual tactical plans and executing the plans accordingly
  • Preparing and presenting business reviews with customers to ensure comprehensive understandings of customer needs;
  • Developing and managing high level relationships with key customers, industry partners, and associations for business development and customer satisfaction;
  • Maintaining competitive analysis data in the GTA and Southern Ontario, determining any growth opportunities
  • other tasks directly related to reaching set business targets.

Required skills set:

  • at least 5 years of experience in sales management
  • language required to perform the job is English
  • process driven and able to turn strategy into tactical actionable tasks
  • time management skills and prioritization
  • good negotiation skills

The position is compensated at $45 per hour, with a minimum of 30 work hours per week workload and a possibility of overtime up to 50 hours along with corporate disability, extended medical and dental insurance subject to change to the corporate policies.

Company's location is at 475 Glendale Avenue, St Catharines, ON L2P 3Y2. Work location is the same location with a possibility of travelling across GTA and Ontario.
