The Manager, Inside Sales will be at the forefront of directing campaigns to his or her team to help them realize the full market potential of customers in their designated territories.

What You Will be Doing

  • Continue to shape a driven team of nine representatives;
  • Attract and retain high-performing individuals to grow the sales team;
  • Lead routine weekly and monthly sales meetings;
  • Identify and provide targeted lists and leads to the team to call;
  • Utilization of CRM and phone reporting;
  • Reduce attrition rate of customers and increase customer spend;
  • Train and support the team with knowledge of target audience and provide compelling selling tactics;
  • Address customer issues in a timely manner and be at the frontline for escalated issues;
  • Partner with marketing to coordinate campaigns and align on objectives.

You You Need to Succeed

  • Post-secondary education in business-related studies;
  • 3 - 5 years experience of demonstrated leadership and/or management experience in a sales driven environment;
  • Working knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and a high level of experience in driving the sales process;
  • Strong technical aptitude;
  • Experience working in a related industry;
  • Bilingualism is a definite asset.
