We are currently hiring for a Program Manager to build, execute and deliver our diagnostic programs to our clients and partners through survey based tools.
Develop an understanding of client needs and articulate program value to meet these needs.
Facilitate and coordinate conversations between clients and program resources, including research and consulting.
Manage and track all cases in Salesforce. Develop and run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Uncover, investigate, and report on issues in the survey engine.
University degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience/knowledge of IT an asset
Client facing experience an asset ( sales, consulting or customer service experience)
Salesforce experience an asset
Detail oriented and organized
Active listening skills
Written and verbal communication
Intermediate level Excel
