About the role:

Primary contact for Clients on day-to-day operational/service issues. Managing Client inquiries and working with various internal departments/teams to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered and contractual obligations are met and/or exceeded.

You are great at:

  • Establishing strong relationships with assigned Clients.
  • Acting as the primary contact for Clients on day-to-day operational/service issues.
  • Responding to Client inquiries and working with various internal departments/teams to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered and contractual obligations are met and/or exceeded.
  • Managing escalated and sensitive Client issues and leading internal resolution.
  • Communicating new Client policy information internally, including new product set-up.
  • Supporting the implementation of new business or the retiring of terminated business.
  • Managing inter-departmental inquiries related to assigned Clients.
  • Recognizing and recommending operational improvements.
  • Supporting Client related projects.
  • Supporting Client meetings and prepare meeting inputs and outputs.
  • Creating, analyzing, and disseminating routine reports.
  • Creating and delivering content as required to Client and Client stakeholders

What it takes:

  • Post-secondary education and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function/Operations experience.
  • Superb verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate professionally and articulately via phone, email and in-person with clients and colleagues.
  • Possess superb customer service skills, a strong customer focus, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external parties.
  • Fluency in French would be considered an asset.
