We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Sales Team to grow our customer base and manage a portfolio of existing accounts.

  • Minimum 3+ years B2B sales experience.
  • Must exercise the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Must have the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Driven, self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
  • Must have exceptional time management and organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously while under minimal supervision.
  • A valid Ontario Driver's license and own your own vehicle.
  • Experience using the MS Office suite of products and the ability to learn new systems, CRM experience considered an asset.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all current accounts and expand our offerings within.
  • You will be responsible for the future growth & success of your territory through identifying and qualifying prospects, independently researching net new accounts and identifying key stakeholders.
  • You will be the main point of contact for new clients to provide a seamless transition.
  • You will stay current on industry and market trends; you will be recognized as a Product specialist with the ability to articulate to your customers.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement on a monthly basis.
  • Negotiate contracts and facilitate a positive experience from prospect to client.
