The incumbent develops the business relationship with the Desjardins network. In partnership with managers, he or she establishes development strategies to enhance business development and maintenance.

More precisely, the ideal candidate will be responsible to sell payment processing services (Visa, Master Card, Debit), that include point of sale financing solutions to medium and small businesses, associations, business groups and franchisees. Are you autonomous, self-driven and like working from home' Are you at ease with cold calling and visiting merchants on a daily basis in order to create long-term relationships that drive bottom line results' Are you skilled at working within a fast paced sales environment' The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities to discuss, promote, share and sell the benefits of services. Knowledge of the agriculture sector would be an asset.


Main responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a business relationship with members and clients for whom the product offering is intended.
  • Establish and implement development strategies to increase sales.
  • Coordinate activities related to the business plan and act as sector sponsor for assigned clients.
  • Increase expertise and motivate staff to offer Desjardins products.
  • Guide, support and mobilize stakeholders in pursuit of objectives established based on the unique situation of the market served.


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
