Whether you are looking to make HVAC sales your primary career and excel in a full-time capacity, or you wish to supplement your income by working part-time, this opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals. Most of your sales efforts will involve direct, door-to-door interactions with potential clients in the Lower Mainland Vancouver region, making strong interpersonal skills and persistence crucial for success. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate adeptness in effectively marketing residential HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct proficient in-home sales interactions that cater to customers' specific requirements.
  • Inspect, evaluate, and assess existing HVAC and/or water heating systems, while concurrently proposing recommendations for maintenance or replacement.
  • Generate comprehensive pricing, proposals, and contracts, also contributing to the coordination of projects and maintaining customer correspondence as needed.
  • Engage in negotiations to secure sales, adeptly conveying the advantages and merits of the proposed solutions to customers.
  • Handle documentation, facilitate payment procedures, and respond to post-sales enquiries.
  • Seek reviews and referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Perform any other related duties.

  • Two to seven years of experience in sales.
  • One year of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • At least one year of experience in account management or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Experience in client relationship management.

Salary: $40,000 to $110,000 per year.

Schedule: Day shift, remote/travel.
