About the Opportunity

Regal Centurary Management Inc is currently looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Burnaby, BC. 

Reporting to the General Manager the Marketing and Sales Coordinator will join a talented team working on multiple high-rise residential and mixed-use projects each valued over $200M.  

More specifically your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality of project marketing and sales programs. 
  • Developing creative marketing and sales ideas through research and studies.
  • Collecting and analyzing market data for pricing evaluation and reporting.
  • Managing the quality of work delivered by marketing and sales consultants as a subject matter expert in the company.
  • Preparing regular reports on current real estate trends and market statistics.
  • Assisting in developing a program to market the company as a developer of choice.
  • Representing the company at industry events. 
  • Planning and executing events. 

In order to qualify for this role, you will have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in real estate along with relevant post-secondary education. Access to a reliable vehicle is also required.

As our ideal candidate for this role, you will be a strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have previous experience working with sales and marketing consultants, superior skills in MS Ofice Programs, and a keen eye for detail.
