About the Opportunity

Big Lakes Dodge is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team based in High Prairie, Alberta.

In this role, you'll reach out to our existing customers and potential customers in order to build up a rapport and promote sales. You'll be supported by our knowledge base so you'll always know who it is that you're calling but it'll be your responsibility to make those daily calls while ensuring a high level of customer service and account management. On average you'll be expected to make 35 calls a day but we'll work with you in order to set goals and ensure that you reach them.

To qualify for this role you must have a valid Driver's License along with the ability to build strong relationships and customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service. While previous sales experience is certainly an asset it's not necessary as we'll provide all the training you need to get you up to speed and selling.  

Our ideal candidate for this role will possess strong relationship building and listening skills, a collaborative team spirit, confidence and a goal-focused mentality. Individuals who are able to work both independently and as part of a team with a high degree of professionalism will excel in this role.

Finally, an understanding of how to interact with people and provide an excellent customer experience will ensure your success in this role.
