Drayden is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals in our St. Albert branch. What You Will Do: * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology * Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters * Make timely renewal calls for existing client business * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans What You Bring to the Team: * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Completion of General License Level 1, or willingness to obtain prior to employment * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail

Requirements
