Through the Discover how you can build your career with Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a General Sales Manager to join the team at Audi Queensway. Pay Rate: $125,000 to $175,000 annually inclusive of salary and performance bonus. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the new and pre-owned vehicle sales departments, including staffing, scheduling, sales processes, and performance management. Drive sales performance and departmental profitability while maintaining effective expense controls. Review monthly forecasts, commission statements, performance reports, and departmental results with the General Manager. Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to identify opportunities to increase product penetration and gross profit. Oversee vehicle inventory, merchandising, pricing, and stock rotation to maintain a balanced inventory and address aging units. Review trade-in appraisals and support vehicle acquisition, including attending auctions as required. Monitor pre-owned vehicle reconditioning to ensure vehicles are prepared for sale promptly. Review sales transactions for accuracy and completeness. Oversee lease renewal activities and inspect demonstrator vehicles regularly. Monitor customer satisfaction results, address concerns, and implement improvements to support customer retention. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales staff in partnership with the General Manager. Conduct regular sales meetings and ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and team performance. Promote teamwork throughout the sales, delivery, and customer follow-up process. Keep the team informed of manufacturer products, programs, promotions, and financing updates. Maintain effective communication with all dealership departments. Ensure sales operations follow company policies, applicable regulations, and health and safety requirements. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and safe sales environment. Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of management experience; automotive sales experience preferred. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team. Strong selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions. A passion for customer service and a collaborative approach to working with employees, customers, and other departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong business acumen, with the ability to review financial results and manage departmental performance. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems and dealership sales tools. A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability. Ability to remain composed, adapt, and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment. Valid Ontario driver’s licence. Valid OMVIC registration preferred. Requirements

A valid Ontario driver’s licence is required, while valid OMVIC registration is preferred; relevant industry training and certifications may also be required.
