What You Will Do: Manage and develop relationships with poultry and swine producers as well as distribution partners. Provide on-farm technical support and recommendations to improve animal performance. Participate in the implementation of biosecurity programs and product trials. Deliver training and technical presentations to customers, distributors, and internal teams. Troubleshoot farm operations, water systems, and feeding practices to optimize results. Introduce new product and service offerings to existing accounts to support growth and profitability. Identify and develop new business opportunities in your territory. Position Details: Full-time permanent role. Locations primarily across Ontario, with potential travel across Canada. Flexible work environment: combination of on-farm visits, customer meetings, and remote administrative tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in animal science, Agricultural Business, Food Science, or Veterinary-related studies (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in sales or technical support in the agri-food or animal production industry is an asset. Valid Canadian Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (French/English) strongly preferred. Physical Demands: Position requires occasional lifting/pushing/carrying up to 50 pounds. Ability to work on farms and in agricultural environments.
