Achieve sales goals and support customers from purchase agreement through possession, maintaining accurate documentation and communicating about policies, approvals, construction processes, and schedules. Maintain show homes and sales materials, track traffic and commissions, supervise sales assistants, and promote the community in accordance with company marketing standards.
