What We Offer: * Competitive Non-Commissioned Pay: We offer a base salary of $4,000 monthly plus a creative bonus structure. More About the Role: * Meet with customers and prospective buyers to understand needs and wants, and match them with a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances through test drives, walk arounds and demonstrations * Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments * Work closely with the Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange for vehicle financing, applications, warranty, etc. * Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork involved with the sale and/or lease of the vehicle. * Deliver the vehicle to the customer once purchased, providing in-depth instruction on key functions within the vehicle.
