Prior successful field sales experience Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter Requirements Sales Representative Mission: Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns) Represent CWD at horse shows Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service Be a brand ambassador of CWD! Potential salary including base + commissions: Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission) Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission) Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission) You can have it all!
