Position Overview: Compugen is seeking an Inside Account Manager who is committed to managing and growing both new and existing accounts. As the Inside Account Manager, you will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities in the quote to delivery cycle for your portfolio of customers. The goal is to ensure that our customers’ expectations are proactively managed and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of new & existing customer accounts through proactive engagement Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions, including hardware, software & level one services Be a customer advocate; putting customer needs first and working to deliver solution-based assistance through our products and level one services Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and address concerns Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop account strategies Process orders, prepare quotes, and manage contract renewals Track and report on account performance, sales activity, and customer feedback Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met to ensure optimal customer satisfaction Lead and/or attend customer meetings Prepare and/lead product transitions and product rollouts for assigned accounts Manage customer’s e-commerce platform, if applicable Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge Maintain strong working relationship with our OEMs and partners Drive Critical Outcomes Meet or exceed Sales Targets Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements Gross Margin Attainment Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales, account management, or customer success Experience or good knowledge about the technology industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Understanding of supply chain Experience with SLA and KPI deliverables Strong business acumen Extremely well structured, organized and detail-oriented What Compugen Offers You: Exciting, fast-paced challenging work environment A culture where authenticity and diversity are valued Professional development Participation in Women in Technology Network Opportunities to give back to our local communities Collaborative supportive team members Remote work/hybrid work options Work/life flexibility Equity Statement At Compugen, we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. Requirements
