What You’ll Do Manage and service a mixed portfolio of commercial accounts providing variety and opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge Support the full life cycle of the client from new business, endorsements and annual risk reviews to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions Collaborate with the Producer to ensure all renewals are complete and delivered on time Assist in re-marketing policies when necessary Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from clients, carriers, and colleagues, diligently following up on client accounts to resolve outstanding issues and activities Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and carriers to maintain optimal coverage Take new claim reports and submit them to insurance carriers promptly Maintain detailed and accurate information in the broker management system (PowerBroker, Applied Epic) Identify and support new sales opportunities as appropriate (including commissions payable on new business) What We’re Looking For RIBO license preferred (or willingness to obtain if there is experience in other areas of commercial lines insurance) 2-years or more of commercial insurance experience and/or underwriting Strong understanding of small, medium and large commercial risks Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently Confident communicator who is comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers Team player with a collaborative mindset Familiarity with Owen Sound area and local businesses is an asset Knowledge of PowerBroker and Applied Epic is an asset Why Join TG Group? What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires at least 2 years of commercial insurance or underwriting experience and a strong understanding of various commercial risks. A RIBO license is preferred, along with proficiency in broker management systems like PowerBroker or Applied Epic.
