YOUR ROLE Under the responsibility of the Field Sales Executive, the primary function is to promote and sell all the company’s services, to maintain and develop new business opportunities in order to meet budget objectives. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Conduct systematic market intelligence in order to find business opportunities. Identify potential customers and qualify them. Build, develop and foster good business relationships vital to the success of the department both internally and externally. Participate in various generating business events (conventions, conferences, other ...). Write and submit bids alone or with members of the team. Provide bids and quotations, participate in negotiations. Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders. Communicate client expectations to team members and follow up until integration at the operational level. Manage closely and consistently the customer relationships by using the support of the various departments of the company. Participate actively in problem solving. Maintain and develop existing customer base in the CRM. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education and Experience: More than 5 years’ experience in an operational position Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Ability to build business relations Knowledge and understanding of the market and its competition Characteristics: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
