This role is focused on the Hospitality vertical, supporting hotels, resorts, conference centres, and food service environments that are committed to reducing waste and improving recycling outcomes. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Client Experience, the Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned market vertical. You'll identify and develop new leads, educate prospects on CleanRiver's products and programs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across both new and existing accounts. This role is built for someone who thinks like a hunter, executes with discipline, and takes pride in building lasting client relationships. What You'll Do Sales Build and develop a robust sales funnel through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and collaboration with Marketing campaigns Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, meeting or exceeding assigned revenue quotas Develop and execute annual sales plans with goals, metrics, and weekly/monthly/quarterly work plans Identify and pursue large-scale RFP opportunities and high-value accounts with multi-contact structures Present CleanRiver solutions confidently to a range of decision-makers — from operational leads to C-suite executives — via in-person and virtual meetings Manage all sales activity in Salesforce — forecasts, pipeline updates, quotes, and client records Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing to respond to quote requests and develop campaign collateral Represent CleanRiver at relevant industry tradeshows What You Bring Required Post-secondary degree or diploma 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of growing revenue with new and existing customers.
