Job Description : We are looking for a Field Sales Representative / Travelling Sales Representative to manage, develop and build long-term relationships within a designated geographical territory, working with optical professionals. As a true ambassador for our collections, you will be responsible for the commercial development of your territory and for building strong, lasting relationships with your customers. Your responsibilities: Develop and retain a portfolio of optician customers Actively prospect for new customers and retail outlets Independently organise your sales visits, routes and appointments Maintain a regular presence with customers throughout your territory Present and sell our optical and sunglasses frame collections Advise customers on products best suited to their stores and clientele Identify customer needs and new business opportunities Grow sales and maximise the commercial potential of your territory Take part in the launch and development of new collections Follow up on orders and customer enquiries Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with optical professionals in your territory Monitor market developments, trends and competitors Report relevant commercial information and market feedback to Management Regularly record your customer visits, prospects, appointments and reports in our CRM system How you will work: This is primarily a field-based position, giving you genuine autonomy in organising your activity and travel. You will plan your sales routes to ensure effective coverage of your territory, balancing visits to existing customers, portfolio development and prospecting for new points of sale. You will spend a significant amount of time on the road and enjoy a role where every day is different, with direct and regular contact with your customers. Your profile: You have a strong sales mindset, enjoy working in the field and are motivated by developing your own territory. You are comfortable with prospecting and know how to build trusted relationships with professional customers. Independent and well organised, you are able to manage your schedule, travel and priorities while maintaining rigorous follow-up of your sales activity. Strong interpersonal and listening skills, perseverance and a taste for challenge will be essential to succeed in this role. Previous experience as a field sales representative, travelling sales representative, sales executive or B2B sales representative would be an advantage. Experience in the optical, eyewear or specialist retail sector would also be an advantage. A valid driving licence is essential. Requirements
