We're seeking a sales-driven, self-starting Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of automotive aftermarket and industrial parts and who is passionate about generating new opportunities and growing a customer base from the ground up. Drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting. Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Visit customers regularly to understand their business needs and ensure excellent service. Present compelling product solutions and value propositions to customers. Manage orders, returns, quotes, and customer follow-ups with precision and care. Use CRM tools and sales processes to stay organized, track opportunities, and report progress. Be a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Expertise & Essential Skills Proven sales experience (preferably outbound or territory sales) with a focus on hunting and closing new business. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industrial supply is essential. Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. Comfortable with technology and using CRM and catalog systems. Experience in territory management, with a willingness to travel as needed (including occasional overnights).
