Regional Sales Manager – U.S & Canada Territories Brook Crompton Location: U.S. Based (Remote) / Toronto, Canada Reports To: Director, Sales We’re looking for a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue across key markets. You’ll be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding customer relationships, supporting product direction, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a remote role with regular collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Grow regional sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Execute strategies to increase market share and profitability. Lead Sales Strategy: Own the sales planning process—from targeting and forecasting to deal execution and closing. Customer Relationships: Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable, long-term agreements. Product Management Support: Gather customer and market feedback to inform product development and enhancements. Support product positioning and messaging strategies aligned with market needs. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to prioritize customer requirements and influence the product roadmap. Collaboration & Communication: Partner cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and operations. Align on pipeline, forecasting, and business performance. Performance & Accountability: Set and manage sales goals. Drive urgency and accountability for results. Ensure alignment with Brook Crompton’s values and strategic goals. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of proven sales success in industrial or technical markets Strong customer focus with the ability to build executive-level relationships Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment High personal initiative and ownership of outcomes Valid work authorization required for the United States and Canada, respectively, for any in-country activities.
