Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the aerostructures sector (metal or composite part fabrication, surface treatments, assembly, design, testing, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the aerospace industry. Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Bombardier’s manufacturing services. Conduct market and competitive analyses to guide development strategy. Prepare presentations, service offers, and commercial proposals. Contribute to achieving the company’s growth and profitability objectives. Available to travel and meet customers and develop business. How to thrive in this role? You hold a degree in engineering, business administration, or strategy. You have five (10) years of experience in business development or in procurement, ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing sector. You have a solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and equipment, assembly methods, and aircraft components. You are recognized for your leadership and strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others. You are bilingual (French and English). Proficiency in Spanish is an asset. You are autonomous, innovative, and dynamic. You are highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
