Position Summary If you’re looking for a sales role where your effort directly translates into earnings, this is it. As an MDU Sales Representative, you’ll work within assigned residential buildings where Beanfield has established partnerships, giving you direct access to warm leads, in-building events, and highly interested customers. This is a relationship-driven, face-to-face sales role where success comes from making the most of each opportunity: hosting events, engaging residents, and converting interest into long-term customers. What you will be doing * Signing up users for Beanfield Internet, Phone, and TV services. * Conducting on-site information sessions, lobby events, and community events. (Evenings and weekends required). * Setting up/tearing down of promotional booth and distributing collateral. * Increasing subscriber penetration of buildings in your territory through on-site sales promos, and other demand generation initiatives. * Optimizing relationships with property managers and building staff to develop goodwill, increase brand awareness/loyalty and identify sales & marketing opportunities. * Taking inbound sales calls, capturing cx info, scheduling installs. * You will be the “face” of the brand, representing Beanfield positively to the public and generating brand awareness. * Be liaison between lobby events and management. * Be our eyes in the field and bring feedback from customers/end users and assist with competitive analysis. * Other sales and marketing activities as assigned.
