Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients. Provide exceptional customer service and prompt follow-ups. Educate customers on APD’s product offerings, including hard parts, diesel components (exhaust, tuners, injectors, gaskets, turbos), ACDelco, Mopar, and Uni-Select ASP Programs. Promote training, business tools, and solutions to help professional shop clients grow. Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies effectively. Train customers on APD’s online catalog and digital tools. Stay up to date with new products and industry trends through manufacturer reps, websites, and training clinics. Work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel within the territory (up to 70%). Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive jobber parts industry. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs. Computer proficiency (Epicor experience is an asset). Experience using a mobile CRM app. Positive attitude, integrity, and customer-first mindset. A sense of humor is always a plus! Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
