Description Sales Representative Victoria, BC Atlas Engineered Products Ltd. (AEP) is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Victoria, BC. As one of Canada's fastest-growing, publicly traded manufacturers of building components and engineered wood products, we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects. You’ll be responsible for growing sales, developing long-term customer relationships, and working closely with our design and operations teams to deliver exceptional service. What We Offer Eligibility for a performance-based commission structure Competitive hourly wage starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience Eligibility for a performance-based commission structure 100% Employer-Paid Extended Health & Dental Benefits Employee Assistance Program Remote Working Opportunities Professional Development Career Growth Opportunities Across Canada Responsibilities Prospect and develop new customer relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners Identify customer needs and recommend building component solutions Prepare and follow up on quotations Collaborate with the design and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service Achieve sales targets and grow market share Stay current on industry trends and opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or a related industry Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Knowledge of residential construction, framing, or engineered wood products is an asset Blueprint reading experience is an asset Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver's licence with the ability to travel throughout the sales territory This is primarily a remote position, with occasional travel to customer sites and company locations as required.
