Job summary
About Arc Arc Compute designs, builds, deploys, manages, and monetizes end-to-end GPU infrastructure. We deliver turnkey GPU clusters and modular facility buildouts, with capabilities spanning capacity planning, infrastructure architecture, hardware procurement, integration, deployment, software-defined orchestration, 24/7 operations, continuous optimization, and monetization. Our customers include enterprises, AI companies, institutions, telecommunications organizations, and data center operators looking to deploy dedicated, high-performance compute infrastructure. The Role Arc Compute is looking for an Infrastructure Sales Executive to develop customer relationships and drive sales across our end-to-end GPU infrastructure solutions. This role requires someone with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure sales and a working understanding of servers, networking, and storage. You will work with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, qualify the opportunity, identify the right turnkey GPU infrastructure solution, and manage opportunities throughout the sales process. The successful candidate must be able to sell the full lifecycle of a GPU cluster solution at an executive-summary level and drill down into the components as needed — from planning and design through build, deployment, management, monitoring, operations, and monetization. Experience with GPU infrastructure, GPU clusters, high-performance computing, or AI infrastructure is a strong advantage. The right person will be commercially driven, technically comfortable, passionate about sales and helping customers improve business outcomes, able to operate independently, and capable of ramping quickly. What You’ll Do Develop Pipeline & Customer Relationships Manage multiple inbound leads each day and respond with speed, organization, and strong commercial judgment. Qualify inbound and outbound leads against customer need, technical fit, budget, timeline, and buying process; convert qualified opportunities into Deals and progress them through the sales cycle. Generate your own outbound leads through direct prospecting and account research, while also working closely with Arc's BDR team to develop target accounts and new sales opportunities. Develop relationships with technical, operational, procurement, and business decision-makers. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across both inbound and outbound sources. Manage the Sales Process Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement and qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. Conduct discovery to understand customer workloads, infrastructure requirements, business objectives, KPIs, budgets, and timelines. Work with Arc’s technical team to translate customer requirements into appropriate turnkey GPU cluster solutions across compute, networking, storage, facility, deployment, operations, and monetization. Prepare and coordinate proposals, pricing, and commercial terms. Follow up with customers and keep opportunities progressing through the sales cycle. Maintain disciplined, accurate, and timely pipeline, activity, and opportunity information in HubSpot; strong CRM hygiene is expected as part of the role. Understand Customer Infrastructure Requirements Discuss customer requirements across GPU compute, servers, networking, storage, data center facilities, connectivity, and cluster operations. Understand customer environments well enough to identify requirements and explain how the full solution fits together, while knowing when to bring Arc’s engineering and infrastructure teams into deeper technical discussions. Communicate Arc’s technical and commercial value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders, translating infrastructure capabilities into customer KPIs and measurable business outcomes. Bring Arc’s engineering and infrastructure teams into more detailed technical discussions where required. Continue developing expertise across GPU infrastructure, AI compute, high-performance computing, colocation, data center operations, and GPU cluster economics. Collaborate Across Arc Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership throughout the sales process. Share customer feedback, market intelligence, and emerging opportunities with the team. Contribute to pipeline reporting, forecasting, and account planning. Stay current on developments across enterprise infrastructure, GPU compute, AI infrastructure, and data centers. What You Bring Required 3+ years of sales experience specifically selling IT infrastructure or closely related solutions. Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and storage, with the technical confidence to discuss how these components work together in a GPU cluster. Experience managing multiple inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, converting qualified leads into Deals, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Experience managing customer opportunities across the full sales cycle and closing business. Ability to understand technical customer requirements, present an executive-level solution overview, and drill down into individual infrastructure components with technical and commercial stakeholders. Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, with a genuine passion for sales and helping customers succeed. Commercially driven, comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment, and motivated by ambitious goals and measurable results. Strong discipline using HubSpot or another CRM, with consistent activity tracking, Deal management, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting. Strong Assets Experience selling GPU/cloud AI infrastructure or HPC, with exposure to GPU-intensive workloads such as LLM training/fine-tuning, multimodal/vision, rendering, scientific computing, or drug discovery. Familiarity with NVIDIA or AMD GPU environments. Data center and colocation knowledge in the U.S. and Canada, including power/density, rack or cage space, cooling, facility readiness, cross-connects, internet/transit connectivity, and colo commercial models. Experience self-generating outbound opportunities in AI companies/startups, healthcare, telecommunications, enterprises, neoclouds, or other infrastructure-intensive markets. Existing relationships within relevant infrastructure, GPU, data center, colocation, or technology markets. MBA or studies in finance, business, or administration are a plus, with the ability to connect GPU infrastructure to customer KPIs, ROI, utilization, and business outcomes. Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission. Full compensation and commission structure will be discussed during the interview process. Why Arc Sell end-to-end GPU turnkey solutions spanning planning, design, build, deployment, operations, and monetization. Help organizations turn complex GPU infrastructure requirements into production-ready, commercially successful compute environments. Work directly with Arc’s technical, engineering, and leadership teams. Build expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of the technology infrastructure market.
