The main responsibilities of the position include, ∗ Managing the President’s Pipeline, e.g. client & prospect outreach, booking meetings, pre-meeting prep and post-meeting follow-up, logging activity in CRM, etc. ∗ Providing exceptional client service. ∗ Assisting in the preparation of reports, marketing materials, presentations, campaigns, and analysis. ∗ Digital Marketing: social media, videos, digital campaigns, and website updates. ∗ Management of the Business Development processes, administration, and operations. ∗ Integrating AI and improving efficiencies. The Ideal Candidate. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to pursue a career in investment fund sales and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. ∗ Post-secondary education (any discipline, we care more about your drive than your major). ∗ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ∗ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. ∗ Curious about financial markets and eager to learn fixed income investing. ∗ Comfortable learning new tools, including AI and CRM platforms. ∗ Bilingual: English & French an asset. ∗ Hard working, humble, and fun. Compensation.
