Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic, organized Inside Sales & Order Coordination Specialist to serve as the key bridge between our client management and warehouse operations. Located directly on-site at our facility, you will handle incoming sales inquiries, process customer orders, manage inventory counts, and work side-by-side with the floor fulfillment team to ensure precise order processing and timely shipments. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Inside Sales and Customer Communication. Handle incoming sales inquiries, generate quotes, and process sales orders via phone, email, and ERP system. Upsell complementary products and advise clients on availability, specifications, and lead times. Manage client communication regarding order status, tracking, and backorders. Inventory and Stock Management Monitor stock levels continuously in the warehouse management system. Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts alongside the warehouse team. Identify discrepancies between system data and physical stock to ensure high order accuracy. Work directly on the warehouse floor to coordinate order priorities with picking and packing teams. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1+ years of inside sales order processing, or logistics support. Warehouse operations and coordinating experience is an asset. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence. Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to hit targets and make money. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft platforms, SOS and QuickBooks or can quickly pick up. Soft Skills: Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multi-tasking.
