AgWest is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling AGCO and CLAAS products to farmers and agricultural businesses within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively promote AGCO and CLAAS products and achieve sales targets. Identify and prospect potential customers within the agricultural industry, including farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural retailers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of AGCO and CLAAS equipment. Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, including product training and after-sales service. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field preferred but not required. Experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar sales role. Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment, particularly AGCO or CLAAS products, is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
