The Role: Part Sales Representative The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers with after-sales parts inquiries and processing parts sales. This role delivers exceptional customer service while working closely with Account Managers to support all aspects of the parts sales process. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Integrity, professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential qualities for success in this position. Key Responsibilities * Handle all marine parts sales inquiries received by phone, email, and the web store. * Research as needed and accurately prepare parts quotes; presents quotes via phone, email, or per customer requirements. * Provide basic technical support to inquiries as needed. * Coordinate other resources, including engineering, production, and sales, to properly respond to technical requests beyond their knowledge. * Works with supply chain to verify parts availability and communicate accurate shipping dates to customers. * Correctly enters parts orders into the appropriate system by brand and works with supply chain to ensure parts go out in a timely manner. * Finalize sales by gathering necessary information, including payment and shipping instructions; communicates with inside team members to assure orders are delivered on time; communicates with customer if any changes are made that will affect final price or delivery * Compile weekly and monthly parts sales reports as required What You Bring * Previous parts & service experience an asset. * Experience in Sales or Customer Service an asset. * High school education or GED equivalent * Strong work ethic; can work independently & willing to be a team player. * Strong Knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point, & Windows * Detail oriented * Technical knowledge or background in manufacturing setting and/or marine industry Thank you for considering a career with AdvanTec Marine.
