Role Description The Regional Sales Representative is a full-time position , We're looking for a driven, self-motivated sales professional to join our team as we scale, whether you're just starting your career or bringing years of experience. This is a field-based, contract role. you'll be on the road most of the week, visiting retailers across your territory, building relationships, and growing our account base. You'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work at your own pace, aligned with results. . Day-to-day activities include prospecting new accounts, conducting in-person client visits, presenting product lines and pricing, and preparing quotes and proposals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory, logistics, and customer service, as well as maintain up-to-date customer records. The Regional Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, attend industry events, and provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong skills in territory management, account development, and relationship building. Ability to conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the regional market and willingness to travel . Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and site meetings. Sales, retail, or customer facing experience is an asset, not required
