First point of contact for in person customers, phone sales and direct calls within the company. Order data input and truck scheduling Duties Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries. Qualifications Knowledge of roofing sales an asset Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. Previous experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
