Afternoon/Evening Inbound Sales Agent - Remote ON - September 11th

Enjoy your mornings and work uninterrupted in the evening. 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada. * Hiring Immediately for September 11th * Full-Time - Work 5 days, Monday-Sunday at 8.5 hours per shift, between 3 PM - 5 AM EST * Get an extended health benefits package after a 3-month probation period * Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute * Earn $19.35 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a month A Day in the Life * Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers * You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role * Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger * Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions to convert those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items. * All new agents must be available to start on September 11th * You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for success * After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow What You Bring to the Table You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Ontario. * Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 10 AM and 6.30 PM, Monday-Friday EST. * Following training, availability to work between 3 PM and 5 AM, Monday - Sunday EST. * A very friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm) * A quiet space at home, quick & reliable wired internet connection, and a good personal computer with min 8GB memory * Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus! * A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required About Us Did you know O2E Brands has been voted one of the Best Workplaces in Canada 15 times!? The agent will handle inbound calls from customers to answer inquiries and convert them into bookings for junk removal services. They will provide a world-class customer experience while working within a remote team environment.

Candidates must reside in Ontario, be legally authorized to work in Canada, and have a quiet home workspace with reliable wired internet. Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts are required.
