    Our client, one of Toronto’s leading facilities management outsourcing providers, is currently searching for a top performing Sales Executive/Hunter to join its business development team based out of Toronto, Ontario.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional with demonstrated selling capabilities, as the selected candidate will work with top Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 Companies to continue to expand and win new business in Toronto and surrounding area.

    Who You Are:

    The ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in outside sales, a passion for sales, and a demonstrated ability to close deals. The Sales Executive will be responsible to:

    • Meet and exceed set sales quotas
    • Source and develop profitable new business relationships with new client organizations
    • Cold call and prospect new business regularly, ensuring new prospects are being added to the sales funnel on an ongoing basis
    • Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle: research, prospecting, negotiating and closing new business opportunities
    • Manage business solutions sales from presentation to completion
    • Actively monitor and evaluate marketplace status
    • Manage new contracts, accounts, and clients
    • Travel regularly throughout the GTA and nationally as required

    What Experience Should You Have:

    • Minimum of five (5) years outside sales experience
    • Undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
    • Experience selling managed or outsourced services an asset
    • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while exceeding established sales quotas
    • Results oriented, naturally ambitious and highly motivated to succeed in a competitive market
    • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
    • Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers
    • Professional demeanor and selling style
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • High level energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
