Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Business Development Analyst will work closely with Sales, Operations, Accounting and Managers He will be actively involved in service offerings preparation process for our domestic and international projects. He will be involved in several customer contact situations. Among many others, he will be responsible for analyzing the costs of various activities and potential projects in progress or completed on time. The analyses are primarily intended to support the final decision-makers and make them appropriate recommendations on costs, prices and efficiency. He will provide an excellent information management as well as support the business development process to optimize decision making.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Conduct monitoring and analysis of operational and financial performance measures of different projects and make appropriate recommendations to the Management Team;
  • Complete service offerings and customer information requests;
  • Perform calculation of operational and financial performance indicators in preparation for determining revenue projections, costs and profitability;
  • Participate in client meetings to present and promote our products and services;
  • Carry-out certain follow-ups and ensure relevant communications to customer service;
  • Participate actively in search of new customers and various solicitation activities;
  • Employ or search various market information to support our sales approach;
  • Establish or suggest different performance indicators for sales and costs;
  • Work closely with the Billing Team on the particularities of each project.

Profile and Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor of Business Administration;
  • 3 years relevant job experience;
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Demonstrate autonomy and ability at interpersonal communication internally and with our customer’s representatives;
  • To be ambitious in your career development;
  • Experience in cost-effectiveness analysis and sound knowledge of analytical accounting;
  • Demonstrate strong sales and customer service abilities;
  • Mastery of MS Office and Outlook;
  • Ability to plan and manage priorities;
  • Ability to work with deadlines;

  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
