Info-Tech Research Group is in an exciting period of growth and we are on track to double our annual revenue over the next two years to $100 million. We recently opened an office in the United States and will continue to expand our presence in that market. 

We are currently hiring for a Program Manager to build, execute and deliver our diagnostic programs to our clients and partners through survey based tools.  

Responsibilities 

  • Develop an understanding of client needs and articulate program value to meet these needs.

  • Facilitate and coordinate conversations between clients and program resources, including research and consulting.

  • Manage and track all cases in Salesforce. Develop and run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

  • Uncover, investigate, and report on issues in the survey engine. 

Requirements  

  • University degree or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience/knowledge of IT an asset               

  • Client facing experience an asset ( sales, consulting or customer service experience)                  

  • Salesforce experience an asset   

Skills 

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Written and verbal communication

  • Intermediate level Excel
